A collection for your collection point is free and simple! How the collection request proceeds depends on the type of collection unit you have.
How do you request a collection?
Do you have a collection unit with a telemetry system? Then the collection process is completely automatic — you don't have to worry about it! As soon as your collection unit is nearly full, a pickup is automatically scheduled. Our driver will come to collect the full unit and replace it with an empty one within 5 business days.

Is your collection unit not equipped with a telemetry system?
Is your unit overflowing? Then you can request a collection in 3 ways:
What should you pay attention to during a pickup?
- Ensure that our driver has easy access to your collection unit.
- If multiple containers need to be emptied, place them all together in one spot. This way, the driver can easily find them and ensures no full units are left behind.
- Ensure that there are no batteries lying next to your collection unit.
